28. Light
Written by: Bwarch
Part of the Hundred Theme Writing Challenge
May the darkness be vanquished to the corners of the Earth.
May the warmth overflow into your very soul.
May it be that I live, not in the darkened times, but in the present.
All encompassing light engulf the sorrow and grudges of times past.
May the spirit never wither and perish.
May you find that destiny you seek with eagerness of the young.
May your road be clear and your sight always forward.
These are not the fantasies of the damned, this is reality.
May you always find the light.

I've witnessed complete silence many times, and it's not silent at all. It's a ringing in your ears that keeps telling you that you're alone.
